A deposit of 50% of the total fee to be paid at time of booking effective at time of new Bookings/Receipting program
High Season Cancellations
Deposits for reservations made wholly or partially in high season will only be refunded if you notify the park management of your cancellation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than the required period of notice of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if the category of site or cabin that you booked is able to be resold. High Season is considered to be all Queensland school holiday periods and all state and local public holidays and/or long weekends.
Low Season Cancellations
Deposits for reservations made wholly in low season will only be refunded if you notify the park management of your cancellation at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than the required period of notice of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if the category of site or cabin that you booked is able to be resold. Low Season is considered to be all other times not indicated as High Season.
Early Departures
No refund will be given should you cut short your stay, due to a change of mind or weather. For further details please check with the Management.
Failure to Notify of Cancellation
If you do not notify the park owner of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10.00am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, your reservation may be cancelled by the park owner without refund of any paid deposit.
