Malanda Hotel- The Tablelands answer to “BIG THINGS”. The Malanda Hotel (built in 1911) is the largest timber hotel in Australia! The dining room is filled with old time photographs giving an insight into Malanda before our time. Come in and see the staircase and dance floor which has been made from beautiful, local rainforest timbers. Meals and cold drinks available daily.

Gallo Dairyland- Specialising in cheese and chocolates, Gallo’s is a must see whilst in the region. A great place to have lunch. If you time it right (2.30pm) you will be lucky enough to watch the cows being milked from the viewing platform.

Skybury Coffee (near Mareeba)- If fresh coffee is your weakness then you will love Skybury. The wonderful coffee shop and gift shop and the views off the large, open verandah are worth the trip alone.

Mt Uncle Distillery- Described by many as a hidden treasure of the Tablelands. Taste testing available whilst listening to some interesting facts from the distiller. Food and drinks are available to purchase at the impressive restaurant nearby.

Coffee Works (Mareeba) – This tourist attraction is not to be missed. Enjoy a variety of coffee flavours at the coffee shop , which also displays gifts, crafts and a large range of delicious chocolates.  Buy a ticket to view the impressive exhibition of coffee pots from all around the world.

Millaa Millaa Falls Teahouse- Wood-fired pizza is their specialty, this is a well-known fact, just ask the locals.

Emerald Creek Ice-creamery has so many delicious flavours to choose from, this ice-creamery will have you coming back again.

Golden Drop Winery (Biboohra) – Enter the property through hundreds of mango trees. There are a selection mango liqueurs and wines to taste, with a gift shop attached for you to purchase some goodies to take home.

Mungalli Dairy- Enjoy a cheese platter on the verandah of the little cottage and follow it up with a piece of cheesecake! You will also view the crystal-clear water cascading down the rocky wall of Mungalli Falls.

Jaques Coffee Plantation- Tours of the plantation available, wholesome meals, a great atmosphere and fantastic service.
